This Privacy Notice describes how PicoBlu LLC ("PicoBlu," "we," "us") handles information in connection with our software applications and integrations, including applications that use the Amazon Advertising API and Login with Amazon, and applications that use the Pinterest API.
Our applications operate on behalf of our own business accounts to manage our own advertising campaigns and our own Pinterest boards and Pins. We access advertising account data (such as campaigns, keywords, reports, and performance metrics) and Pinterest account data (such as boards and Pins) solely through authorized APIs, using credentials granted to our own accounts. We do not collect personal information from third-party end users through these applications.
Information accessed through the Amazon Advertising API is used only to create, manage, optimize, and report on our own advertising campaigns. Information accessed through the Pinterest API is used only to manage our own Pins and boards — for example, publishing new Pins and keeping existing Pins' destination links pointed at our own current product listings. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
API credentials and access tokens are stored securely and are used only to authenticate API requests. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle.
We retain advertising and Pinterest account data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer required.
Our applications interact with Amazon and Pinterest services under each platform's applicable terms and policies. Use of Amazon data is governed by the Amazon Advertising API and Login with Amazon agreements. Use of Pinterest data is governed by Pinterest's Developer & API Terms.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
