This Privacy Notice describes how PicoBlu LLC ("PicoBlu," "we," "us") handles information in connection with our software applications and integrations, including applications that use the Amazon Advertising API and Login with Amazon.

Information we access

Our applications operate on behalf of our own business accounts to manage our own advertising campaigns and related data. We access advertising account data (such as campaigns, keywords, reports, and performance metrics) solely through authorized Amazon APIs, using credentials granted to our account. We do not collect personal information from third-party end users through these applications.

How we use information

Information accessed through the APIs is used only to create, manage, optimize, and report on our own advertising campaigns. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data storage and security

API credentials and access tokens are stored securely and are used only to authenticate API requests. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle.

Data retention

We retain advertising data only for as long as needed for campaign management and reporting, and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer required.

Third-party services

Our applications interact with Amazon services under Amazon's applicable terms and policies. Use of Amazon data is governed by the Amazon Advertising API and Login with Amazon agreements.
